Ginny and Neville

by Innermurk

This has the potential of being one of the cutest relationships in the book. I like Neville a lot, and I always thought that he needed a nice spunky girl. He seems to be attracted to Ginny, and although we aren't privy to what happened during the Yule Ball, Ginny did go with him, and we can assume they had a good time.

He seems genuinely attracted to her, and concerned for her well-being, as he defends her from Malfoy, and the others of the Inquisitive Squad. He can be bold when under the correct circumstances, and he will be able to overcome his shyness and come into his own wih self-confidence to become the powerful wizard that he is.

Ginny, on the other hand, is searching for someone, and isn't satisfied with the popular and shallow people that she has been dating. I think that is the main reason she is dating so many people, it isn't that she likes to play the field, its that she's not finding what she's searching for. She will see in Neville the stability, and loyal companionship that she is wanting, when she's ready to look past the outward facade.
